Redan gjort allt det där. Detta är svaret som jag fick efter 4 dagar från Spotify support:
"Thanks for contacting Spotify. I'm very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues currently.
So that we can progress, I need to troubleshoot with you.
I need to locate the root cause, in order to analyse and resolve this problem for you.
What operating system are you running on your Mac?
What version of Spotify are you running on your device?
Are you running any third party Spotify software, like a remote program?
Are you running Growl 1.3 or above?
Do you have SIMBL running?
Is your computer on a network?
Are you connected to any cloud systems?
Do you have multiple airports running?
When did the issue occur and were there any changes to anything relevant around the same time?
Does the problem occur at certain times of the day or in certain conditions?
Are you running any active internet security?
Can you try installing this Mac preview version I have attached for you http://download.spotify.com/preview/spotify-app-0.8.2.527.g48d079d8.dmg
1. Quit Spotify
2. In the finder, locate and delete the following folders:
~/Library/Caches/com.spotify.Client
~/Library/Application Support/Spotify
3. Locate and delete the Spotify app (from the application folder)
4. Empty trash, then restart
5. Install the preview version
OSX LION users:
Apple have masked the user "Library" folder to prevent accidental deletion. You can access it by choosing 'Go', from the top menu in the Finder. Hold down 'alt' key, and the library should appear as a folder you can now open."
