Apples styrelseordförande om tiden efter Jobs

Var Jobs både CEO (VD) och styrelseordförande?

Han var i alla fall styrelseordförande när han blev för sjuk för att vara kvar som vd. Men exakt hur det hänger ihop före det har jag lite dålig koll på.
