We understand from your e-mail that attempting to print to the HP LaserJet 1320 from Macintosh OS 10.4.2 is resulting in a jobs stopped message. A reinstall of the driver has been done, but the issue remains. As well, the LaserJet 1320 is not appearing on a list of supported printers.
This issue has been observed before with OS 10.4 and this printer, and is most likely due to the HP Toolbox being installed on the computer. We recommend using the following steps to remove this software from the computer and then to setup the printer.
