On 6th November Apple announced significant enhancements
to the iBook and Powerbook range of products.
As a valued customer who recently ordered an iBook or Powerbook,
we have used our best judgement to revise your existing order to
incorporate the new configurations. We are upgrading your order to this model:
IBOOK 14.1/800/256/30GB/COMBO
We will also credit you for the difference in the new pricing.
If, when placing your order, you used your credit card as a method of
payment, we will automatically debit the correct price.
If you used any other method of payment, please forward the following
information to: [email protected]
Bank Name, Address and Sort Code
Your name, account number and web order number.
The refund will be made within 5 working days.
You can find out more about the revisions announced on November 6th
by visiting www.apple.com for the complete range of available Apple
products.
Your order will be shipped within a week and you will receive a shipment
notification by e-mail to advise you of this.
If you have any concerns about the changes that we have made to your order,
please respond to this email quoting your weborder number in the Subject or
Title within the next 48 hours, or we will understand that you have agreed
with our revisions.
