Apple har ett Knowledge Base Doc om apparater som inte startar som de ska. Det har du kanske redan provat så då ska du kanske kolla in macintouch reader report´s.

"As for the iPod seeming to go "comatose," there is a fix, albeit not the easiest, but a fix nonetheless. It involves cracking the case-we use a small jeweller´s flat-head screwdriver to GENTLY pry apart the silver casing from the white plastics. It takes a little doing and prying in various spots, but eventually it will come apart. You will now see the battery first, which looks like a thin sheet of paper. Then, move that to the side, without unplugging it or anything. You will now see the tiny hard drive-peel the rubber bumper back about an inch. You can see directly underneath this that the battery is plugged into the logic board-this has to be unplugged and replugged. This resets the device, and wakes it from comatose 100% of the time I have ever seen them exhibit this trait."
