We are aware of this problem and we are working on solution. I hope that improvement will come in few weeks and you will be able to use your IceCam again. In a meanwhile you can return your product if you are not satisfied or wait for a week or two for improvement.
In any case I will keep you posted for any news regarding IceCam issue.
