It appears your traffic is being handed off to Apple, but they are blocking traces beyond our border10.sfj router (216.52.0.14), so it's impossible to tell if there's a problem beyond that point. It's possible that Apple may also be blocking website traffic from your ISP, or there may be a return-path routing issue from their network but there's really no way for me to tell.
I've Cc'd our Apple distribution list on this e-mail, so their support folks can follow up with you directly, or let us know if they see any routing issues. If you have any further questions or concerns, I'd recommend that you contact Apple directly.
