The Mac OS X Server Mailing List along with other lists operated on the Apple Mailing List Server are set to transition to read-only mode at the end of April. At that time, no new subscriptions or posts will be accepted.
The list content will be available for some time afterwards via the Mailing List Archives.

Moving forward, Apple will be providing discussions in two different areas: Apple Support Communities and Apple Developer Forums.
