I just bought a Apple Watch series 3 and when I am starting it it says I need to update, but when I press the update button it says it doesn’t need an update, what can the problem be?

Reset the devicse

If the update won't start, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap General > Usage > Software Update, then delete the update file. After you delete the file, try to download and install watchOS again, maybe this will work for you
