We apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced the iTunes Music Store. To purchase music on the iTunes Music Store, you will need to refresh your account information in your user profile. We will walk you through this process:
1. Using your web browser, go to http://myinfo.apple.com.
2. Select your country and preferred language from the pulldown menus.
3. Enter your iTunes account name and password.
4. Click Continue.
5. On the "My Account Profile" page, edit your primary address. Please note that zip codes should be entered as 3 digits, space, and 2 digits. Also, please refrain from using Swedish characters when entering your information.
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
When you make your next purchase in iTunes, you will be asked to review your billing information. At this point, you can change your information or simply click Done at the bottom of the screen to proceed. Once you click Done, you should be able to purchase music on the iTunes Music Store.
If iTunes continues to display an error message when you purchase music, please reply directly to this email with a full description of what you tried and what iTunes displayed.
