It could be that several Information (like APN) are not registered on
your SIM Card. Ask your Provider for newer SIM Card generation.

I know that this is a special situation and I just want to get the
best value out of my ?999 x2 that I have payed you.
When you say "settings from other providers" what do you mean? What
settings should I get from my provider and how do I set this in the
iPhone?
Please se that I'm not hostile to you in anyway, I just want to get
my
phone to work

Hello,
My name is Patrik and I was in one of your T-punkt stores on
friday
and bought two unlocked iPhones for ?999 each. After 30 hours I
have
activated the phone succesfully in iTunes and could put in my
SMScard.
The problem is that some functionallity doesn't work. I can't
call
the
phone (call out works) and I can't use the dialpad and
SMSapplication.
I have just tested the phone with an E-plus SMS card and then all
things works. But when I put in my Swedish SMS card (have tried
two
different carriers) I'm back to the same problems.
What is wrong?
