Jag har haft en problemtråd på Macfixit, som hittills inte hjälpt. Jag postar den här (utan översättning, etm jag antar att de flesta här klarar det...)
Thanx for the advice. I'm still having problems, though. I still cannot get back to OSX or
start from CD. And Open firmware shows up sometimes when trying to start osx.
I've tried the following:
reset pram by cmnd/alt/p/r
reset cuda chip (incl. removing battery and waiting for more than 10minutes.)
In Open firmware writing; reset-nvram then reset-all.
(Note: when doing reset-nvram, it says "reset-nvram, unknown word")
Tried to restart on osx, but back to 9.1
Tried to restart from 10.2 install CD, but back to 9.1.
(I first bless it in 'startup disk', then restart from its menu. I've also tried to start from this CD with Xpostfacto, but it's all the same...)
Restarted with c/alt/o/f, added 'set-defaults' after 'reset-vram'; no difference afterwards.
Tried to restart on osx, but back to 9.1
Tried to restart on osx on an external drive with 10.2.2 (which has worked fine so far) with
Xpostfacto. Open firmware came up, I did the usual OF-commands except I first quit with
'mac-boot', which was 'unknown word', then I wrote 'boot', and it booted on 9.1.
This means, of course, that I can't even re-install osx, since I can't boot from a cd
I've tried everything several times, with no result.
It would be interesting, though, to have an OF-command that actually resets nvram in OF 2.4.
Also, I'm considering to make it so that the mac has nothing but osx to start from. I.e. make it so that the only active drive (unplugging the other) only has OSX. But I don't know if I dare...
It can also be noted that I have 10.2 on the same drive as 9.1, but on different partitions.
10.2 is on the 'master'.
I also have 10.2.2 on an external scsi-drive, and 9.1 on another internal drive, which is 'slave'.
The internal drives are ATA.
I'd be very greatful for any help.
