There is a new "security system service"
called "Verified by VISA SecureCode," introduced just
last month (April 2010). In order for your card to be accepted on
the iTunes store, you should go banks webpage, sign in add your
card, then accept the Terms and Conditions. You should then go back
to iTunes and re-enter your card information. It should be accepted .
