"Exercise caution when purchasing items with a significantly delayed
delivery date. Delivery dates further than 20 days after your payment
involve more risk. Please note, PayPal sellers are not allowed to sell
goods with delivery dates delayed more than 20 days from the date of
payment.
Per our User Agreement, disputes must be opened no later than 45 days from
the date of payment. Only one dispute may be filed per PayPal transaction.
If you're unable to resolve the dispute, you can ask PayPal to investigate
by escalating the dispute to a claim. You must escalate to a claim within
20 days of the date the dispute was opened. PayPal will seek to resolve the
claim within 30 days of the date the claim is filed, though such time frame
may be extended, if appropriate, to accommodate the investigation.
Note:
If you do not have a PayPal account and the merchant has not delivered
goods as promised, you will need to signup for a PayPal account to initiate
the Buyer Complaint Process. To open your account, simply click the link
located in your original email receipt.
· A buyer has 45 days after the date of the payment to open a dispute.
· A dispute can be escalated to a claim within 20 days from when the
dispute was filed.
· Buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to
escalate a dispute for an item not received, unless the dispute is for
$2,500 USD or the equivalent or more.
· If the dispute is not escalated to a claim within 20 days, we'll
close the dispute."
